Lady Wolves Are At the Door.”™

Physical education and athletic participation are integral to student well-being and development. Engaging in athletics and sports provides physical exercise, improves cardiovascular health, and strengthens muscles and bones.

Our program is designed to develop students’ knowledge, skills, and dispositions for lifelong physical activity, while promoting overall physical and mental well-being.

Beyond the physical benefits, athletic programs and sports also contribute to overall well-being by fostering social connections and promoting mental health. Being part of a team cultivates a sense of belonging and camaraderie, which can boost self-esteem and reduce feelings of isolation. It also teaches important values such as teamwork, discipline, perseverance, and sportsmanship.

By incorporating athletics and sports into the curriculum, we promote their physical and mental well-being, encourage a healthy, active lifestyle, and foster important life skills and values.
