Access to the Curriculum
We believe that all students learn differently and that some students may benefit from additional classroom support. At CHSG, support can be a formal equity document (IEP/ISP) written by an education specialist or an equity plan (EP), which lists classroom accommodations that will be offered to better support teaching and learning.

Areas of Focus Include:

  • Present Levels of Performance
  • measurable annual goals
  • classroom accommodations
  • executive functioning workshops
  • meta-cognition awareness
  • socio-emotional learning
  • behavioral support
  • transitional support
  • College Board and ACT accommodations requests

If your child already has an Individualized Education Program (IEP) in place or has a documented educational need, or if you are contemplating formal educational testing, we strongly encourage you to get in touch with the SEED(s) department in order to obtain information about next steps.
