What happens in the circle?

building connections
Friendship begins with presence — being seen, heard, and valued. Through games, conversations, and shared experiences, girls learn the art of empathy and the strength of belonging.

cultivating confidence
Confidence is cultivated through creativity and courage. In this pathway, girls explore self-expression, discover their gifts, and practice showing up as their authentic selves.

Effecting change in our Communities
Community is the heartbeat of the Friendship Circle. Together, we build trust, celebrate one another, and co-create spaces where every girl feels at home.

Agency & leadership
Every girl has the capacity to lead. Through guided activities and thoughtful dialogue, girls learn how to make choices with purpose and use their voices to inspire change.
